The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room with a pull-out sofa bed and a relaxing hanging chair. Well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, espresso and filter machine (incl. coffee/espresso), milk frother, oven, microwave, kettle and everything you need for cooking. In the two bedrooms you will find 160cm queen size beds. I can optionally provide a baby travel cot, as well as a high chair. Workplace A fully equipped workplace is available in the hallway on the 1st floor: → Desk with desk chair → 27 inch monitor → USB C docking hub → Keyboard and mouse → Webcam. → LAN cable The bathroom is modern with towel warmer, floor-level shower and window for ventilation. Here you will find everything you need: a hair dryer, towels, shower gel and hair shampoo as well as a washer-dryer, which you are welcome to use if necessary. Next to the house / behind the parking lot there is a small seating area for 4 people, a charcoal grill (including coal and Anzpünder) is also available (from March 2023). A shelter for bicycles is also on site. In the anteroom to the hall you will find vacuum cleaners LOCATION You are in a very central location right at the entrance to the historic old town, which is well worth seeing. A few meters further you can go down the stairs to the Ederufer and the stairs opposite lead directly to the castle hill. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The train station is 10 minutes away on foot. The Kellerwald National Park (15 minutes) offers great hiking opportunities all year round. The Edersee can also be reached in 15-20 minutes. The cities of Marburg and Kassel can each be reached in 30 minutes and are worth a day trip! In winter you can reach the ski lift in Winterberg in 25-30 minutes, depending on the traffic situation (in summer the bike park too, of course). Im Vorraum zur Diele findet ihr Staubsauger LAGE Ihr befindet euch in sehr zentraler Lage direkt am Eingang zur sehr sehenswerten historischen Altstadt. Ein paar Meter weiter könnt ihr die Treppe runter zum Ederufer und die Treppen gegenüber führen direkt zum Burgberg. Viele Restaurants und Bars sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ganzjährig bietet der Nationalpark Kellerwald (15 Minuten) tolle Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Der Edersee ist ebenfalls in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Städte Marburg und Kassel sind in je 30 Minuten erreichbar und einen Tagesausflug wert!
